It’s still hot outside, but manufacturers and retailers are already prepared for the holiday shopping season. Now is the time to buy that one toy EVERY kid has to have this year. By buying it now (and hiding it in Santa’s secret closet until the big day), you might save some money. You can definitely avoid the last minute stampede and endless lines at the toy store. According to a KHOU News story, Toys ‘R’ Us has put out this year’s “Must Have” list.
Toys ‘R’ Us puts Pokemon on ‘Hot Toy List’ for holidays
A puppy with a disco ball-like tummy, Power Wheels that twirl 360 degrees and a kit that lets kids cobble together their own computers are likely favorites this holiday season, according to the 2016 “Hot Toy List” from Toys ‘R’ Us.
The retailer’s annual selection of what it expects to be the most popular picks comes one week after Walmart unveiled its own holiday predictions. Items, like Num Noms Lipgloss Truck and Doc McStuffins Hospital Care Cart were touted by both toy sellers, as well as gizmos with a Star Wars theme. But there were plenty of play sets and gadgets unique to each. Here’s Toys R Us’ top 40 for under the tree.
