“I returned home from a business trip around 10pm to find a hot house and some unhappy pets. I remembered that Abacus has techs on call after hours, and luckily I was able to get service that same night. Devon came over and quickly assessed the problem, however he didn't have the part in his van. He drove 30 mins (one way) to the shop to get it and back. By the time everything was finished, it was after 2am. I couldn't have been happier that I was able to get service the same night, but Devon went above and beyond to get it fixed for me and the fur kids. He's a wonderful tech and an excellent representative for your company. He has excellent tech skills, but most important, customer service skills, and he should go a long way in his career at Abacus.”
