“Technician arrived on time and was eager to get started. The rain did slow him down just a bit but he dug in. After troubleshooting the unit and replacing the capacitor just to get it running, it was determined the unit had lost it's Freon and therefore needed to be replaced. I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and knowledge Derek presented. It's nice to see a technician look and act professional.”
