“From the time he arrived to our home, on time, Mr. Randy can be described as "impressive". He was extremely professional and kind at the same time, extremely competent and experienced as he immediately knew how to address our old shower fixture problem and clearly explained the approach to fix. He was honest about if the first simpler approach was not possible, that it might take having to go to a more complex and expensive fix which would include going through siding from the outside. One plumber before (different company) had evaluated the problem and immediately had advised going through the more complex route; never touched the fixtures. Mr Wilson almost immediately, after taking apart the fixture, said the fixture could be rebuild and there would be no need to do anything major.
