“Tom was so professional and friendly as he performed the annual maintenance and inspection of all plumbing related fixtures and pipes throughout my house. He answered my questions and concerns without the drama of trying to sell me something I really didn't need. One thing he did that truly sets him apart from ALL other plumbers. He took on my challenge when he said the drain plug in the master bath sink doesn't work. I told him it hasn't worked since I moved in the house 20 years ago. He said I can fix it. I smiled and said good luck, none of the other plumbers in my annual inspection even cared about it. A few minutes later, he says it's fixed. What? It just made me smile. Whenever I pull that drain plug in the master bath sink, I smile to myself.
